How to Play Gem Cascade

Objective

Swap neighboring gems to line up 3 or more of the same color and reach the target score.

Controls

Works with touch on mobile and mouse click on desktop — no extra input needed.

• Tap (or click) a gem to select it.
• Tap (or click) a directly adjacent gem (up, down, left, or right) to swap them.

Rules

1. A swap is only allowed if it creates a line of 3 or more matching colors, horizontally or vertically.
2. Matched gems clear and award points, and gems above fall down to fill the gaps.
3. New gems drop in from the top, which can trigger further chain reactions (cascades) for bonus points.
4. You have a limited number of swaps, shown as "Moves left" at the top.
5. If no legal move remains, the board automatically reshuffles.

Winning & Losing

You win if your score reaches the target before you run out of moves. If moves run out first, the game ends and shows your final score.
